Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Nuvé™ packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
